KACPER SENKOWSKI
"OPERATIONAL ARCHITECTURE"
The background in video games is unimportant, therefore not real. The primitive, repetitive, boring buildings are just facades, very often hold no space inside and can be homes to no one. Players never stop to look at them and if they do they are left with nothing but disillusionment. The project can be understood as a metaphor for disillusionment that many of us experience while coming of age and realizing that the world doesn't look the way influencers, Hollywood movies and history were telling us it does.
